1. Digital product notice

CADLINK DTF V12 is a digital software license delivered electronically with a one-time activation key. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and that this affects your refund rights as described below.

2. When refunds are not available

Because the product is non-returnable digital software, we generally cannot offer refunds once:

• The activation key has been issued, viewed, or used; or
• The software has been downloaded and activated.

3. When you may be eligible for a refund

We want you to be satisfied. You may request a refund if:

• You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment).
• You have not yet received or used your activation key and request cancellation before delivery.
• The software is defective and cannot be activated, and our support team is unable to resolve it.

4. What we do first: support

Many issues (download, installation, activation, or printer setup) can be solved quickly by our team. Before requesting a refund for a technical problem, please contact support so we can help you get printing.

5. How to request a refund

1. Contact us via the Contact page.
2. Include your order ID, purchase email, and the reason for your request.
3. Our team will review and respond, typically within 1–3 business days.

6. Processing approved refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or processor, it may take several business days for the funds to appear.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a concern, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in deactivation of the license associated with the order.
